TYPE 1
Invisible systems for ventilated façades
Cladding in porcelain stoneware 9 mm thick
The fixing of the “L” brackets to the underlying support is carried out by means of dowels suitably dimensioned and suitable for the specific type of support. “T”-section posts are fixed to the brackets by means of rivets and/or self-drilling screws with “fixed point” and “sliding point”. Horizontal slotted beams are anchored on the upright profiles, shaped so that wind loads are axial to the brackets.
This system involves a preparation of the facing slabs, which consists of a mechanical machining performed on the back of the slab and the subsequent insertion of special steel inserts. This is specifically designed for the anchoring of brackets, which are then attached to the horizontal profile.
WALLTECH
Invisible systems for ventilated façades
Cladding in porcelain stoneware 20 mm thick
The WALLTECH invisible hook system is a ventilated façade with concealed systems technology using 20 mm thick porcelain stoneware slabs as a facing. The slabs are machined on two sides with a milled groove suitable for housing the support clips. The 20 mm thickness provides greater impact resistance.
The fixing of the brackets to the underlying support is carried out by means of dowels suitably dimensioned and suitable for the specific type of support. A “U”-section profile can be mounted on the brackets by means of rivets and/or self-drilling screws with “fixed point” and “sliding point”, as indicated in the final design. Grooves are cut into the upright profile to accommodate spacers and self-positioning stainless steel clips for fixing the facing slabs. The system is completed by seals in EPDM with anti-vibration function.
FLEX 3
Invisible systems for ventilated façades
Cladding in porcelain stoneware 6, 9, 12, 20 mm thick
The Flex 3 façade system consists of an aluminium substructure with horizontal beams, vertical uprights and brackets anchored to the wall by means of reinforced steel bars, allowing easy adjustment in the event of vertical misalignment of the building. The vertical upright houses a notched reference rib that guides the installer throughout the installation phase, ensuring precise and perfectly aligned joints.
On the back of the slabs, in the factory, the necessary number of brackets are pre-assembled by means of special inserts to anchor the slab to the horizontal beams, which in turn are fixed to the vertical profiles.
FLEX 5
Invisible systems for ventilated façades
Cladding in porcelain stoneware 6, 9, 12, 20 mm thick
The FLEX 5 façade system is an innovative solution that allows the building to be clad with a ventilated porcelain stoneware façade, offering numerous aesthetic, energy and practical benefits. The system makes it possible to minimise joints, resulting in a very aesthetically pleasing and designer effect.
The aluminium substructure is pre-assembled to the porcelain stoneware slabs by means of a special type of anchorage performed in the production plant, ensuring detailed and precise preparation of the material to be laid on site. It is fixed to the wall using steel bars and a reinforcing tube, offering extreme versatility on site in the event of vertical misalignment of the building.
