
Structure "S"
Structure consisting of a base and head with a 3 mm thick ribbed disc, flanged to a Ø20 x 2 mm tube with a double flange, allows the column to achieve a very high degree of rigidity and mechanical strength.
The nut allows micrometric height adjustment, and the coupling between the grooves on it and the indentation moulded on the tube prevent unscrewing.The 2 mm thick ribbed disc welded to the M16 tie rod makes it easy to adapt to uneven surfaces, thanks to the central camber. Three holes allow for the eventual mechanical anchoring of the column to the ground, or alternatively its specially designed shape allows for perfect adhesion with limited use of glue.The complete column can be combined with open-section galvanised steel crossbars with a nominal length of 600 mm, a width of 28 mm and a thickness of 1 mm. The height can be 18 mm for lighter structures or 38 mm for heavier structures.
All columns and crossbars are fitted with an anti-rumble and anti-slip seal.
Structure "E"
Base and head consisting of a 3 mm thick plate, riveted to an M16 screw. The system of tubular through-beams screwed to the head also guarantees: flexibility in laying, fixing and adjustment.
It is possible to install the columns at distances other than the standard 600 mm. This makes it possible to accommodate panel sizes other than 600x600 or to reduce the distance between columns if extreme strength is required.
Fastening the tubular crossbar to the head by means of an M5x10 TE screw or a 4.8x13 self-drilling screw makes the installation of the entire grid monolithic.
